Municipal Court

The Marion Municipal Court handles traffic infractions and misdemeanors occuring within the city limits.

The Marion Municipal Court is held the last Wednesday of every month at 3:00 pm in the City Council Meeting Room at 203 N. Third Street. The Honorable Bryson E. Mills presides as the Marion Municipal Court Judge. Dan Baldwin is the City Attorney.

Tickets that do not require a court appearance can be paid at the City Clerk s Office anytime prior to the scheduled court date.
